These terms govern your use of the Zenest app ("the app", "the service"), operated by RYSE Consultant Company Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Zenest provides narrated sleep and relaxation audio stories. Four free prelude episodes are available to everyone. Access to the full catalogue requires a paid subscription, or individual episodes can be unlocked through in-app activities (sharing, partner visits) or promo codes.
Content is added over time. Episodes marked "coming soon" are not yet available and their planned release may change. We may add, modify, or retire content and features at our discretion.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account). Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play) — not inside the app itself.
Prices may change; existing subscribers will be notified in advance and any change applies from the next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel first in your store settings.
Promo codes and earned unlocks (via sharing or partner visits) grant access to a limited number of episodes at no charge. Codes may have usage limits and expiry dates, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse. One redemption per code per account.

All audio stories, artwork, text, and branding in Zenest are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream (and where offered, download for offline listening) the content for private, non-commercial use only. No ownership rights transfer to you.
Zenest is designed for relaxation and sleep support. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or other health condition, consult a qualified professional. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or part) with reasonable notice where practicable. These terms may be updated; material changes will be flagged in the app and continued use means acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenest is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
